Secretary to the Head of Dermatology and Allergology

Independently organise and run the head physician's office for dermatology and allergology, including appointments, correspondence, staff administration and private outpatient management. Pay follows the UKGM pay scales, grades 6 to 8.

• Independently organise and run the head physician's office
• Independently arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Handle correspondence, minutes and documents, and answer telephone calls
• Organise business travel and travel expense claims
• Act as a link between hospital management, staff, and internal and external partners
• Support projects, certification and quality assurance measures
• Manage staff records in the time recording system, currently PER-RES
• Manage private outpatients and record services under the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ)

• Completed vocational training, for example in office administration or office communication, or a comparable qualification
• Confident use of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure, with a structured and independent approach
• Experience in medical typing, quality management and recording services under the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ), plus good English, is desirable
