Pharmacy Intern in the Pharmacy

Welcome to Rhön-Klinikum AG! This Ausbildung as a Pharmacy Intern (m/f/d) in the pharmacy takes place in Bad Berka, Thuringia. The duration of the Ausbildung is 6 months. In addition to the usual tasks in a hospital pharmacy, such as inpatient drug supply, preparation of special formulations, etc., you will particularly get to know the clinical-pharmaceutical area. Therefore, the focus of the intern's activities will be on the clinical-pharmaceutical care of our patients.

You will be involved in collecting medication histories on the day of inpatient admission directly upon the patients' admission to the hospital. This procedure is still unique in this form in the Federal Republic.

Furthermore, you will participate in the pharmaceutical care of inpatients within the framework of unit-dose supply. Here, there is a daily opportunity to monitor current medication and to participate in clinical rounds.
