Junior Managers Program (Trainee) - Start your Leadership Journey in Manufacturing Digitalization & Automation

Shape the production of the future with us! We are looking for Master's graduates with the drive to make a difference, who will digitalize our global plants and optimize manufacturing processes in our Junior Managers Program. Do you love technology, think in processes and want to take our production to the next level? Then we want to hear from you. Over an intensive journey of 12 to 24 months, you will become part of the transformation of our manufacturing—not as a spectator, but as a shaper. You will rotate through various areas of manufacturing, digitalization and automation—in Germany and worldwide—and dive deep into topics such as Industry 4.0, automation and intelligent production. Your mission: make the factory of the future a reality. You won't just work on projects—you'll drive them forward. Together with experienced managers, you'll bring ideas to life, test new approaches and directly see the impact of your work on the shop floor. What you will learn and develop with us: You will learn how modern manufacturing really works—and how digitalization, data and technology completely transform it. You will actively shape the production of tomorrow: from Industry 4.0 projects to digital solutions for real manufacturing processes—and exert real influence. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, modern technologies and agile methods—and develop specifically towards leadership, together with your personal mentor. Your academic foundation: You have completed an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Topics such as Lean Production, Automation, Digitalization or AI really excite you. Perhaps you already have initial professional experience or a doctorate.

You already have initial practical experience—for example through internships. Your continuous development: You want to grow—both professionally and personally. You are curious, learn quickly and tackle challenges proactively. Your language skills: You communicate fluently in English and German (negotiation level). You have already gained at least three months of international experience.
