Working Student Data Quality Maintenance Contracts/ProCos

The activity exclusively involves the review, correction, and maintenance of maintenance contract data in the ProCos system. Independent technical evaluation of plants, contractual or commercial approvals, and the substantive interpretation of maintenance contracts are carried out by the respective responsible departments and are not part of the activity.

• Review and quality assurance of migrated maintenance contracts from the legacy system into the calculation tool ProCos
• Comparison of transferred data for completeness, plausibility, and structure
• Identification and correction of erroneous or incomplete entries
• Supplementation of missing contract content and master data according to defined specifications
• Support in structuring and standardizing contract data
• Close coordination with internal departments (e.g., Service, Sales) to clarify discrepancies
• Support with organizational and administrative tasks in daily business

• Ongoing studies in a technical, business, or comparable degree program (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, Computer Science)
• Careful, structured, and independent working style with a high degree of accuracy and reliability
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ideally first experience in data maintenance, data migration, or data quality; basic understanding of technical systems or building automation an advantage
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
