About this Apprenticeship
To strengthen our team at our location in Lingen (Ems) we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Design Engineer (m/f/d). ACTIVITY: Development and design of customer-specific and project-related solutions for our inspection systems, conception and design of overall systems, subsystems, assemblies and individual parts, creation and maintenance of production-ready drawings, parts lists and technical documentation for internal and external production, further development and sustainable support of the existing product portfolio through configuration management, variant maintenance and continuous optimization of existing products, technical support for product-specific questions regarding legal requirements, standards, guidelines, test regulations and risk assessments.
What You'll Learn
- Development and design of customer-specific and project-related solutions for our inspection systems
- Conception and design of overall systems, subsystems, assemblies and individual parts
- Creation and maintenance of production-ready drawings, parts lists and technical documentation for internal and external production
- Further development and sustainable support of the existing product portfolio through configuration management, variant maintenance and continuous optimization of existing products
- Technical support for product-specific questions regarding legal requirements, standards, guidelines, test regulations and risk assessments
Requirements
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Sound knowledge in the use of 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks)
- Affinity for AI-supported working methods and digital technologies
- Broad technical understanding
- Good English skills in word and writing
