Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Management Assistant – 2026

Become part of our Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. Do you want to develop your strengths and grow both personally and professionally? Are you looking for a varied profession? Perfect! In your apprenticeship, you'll learn everything you need to organise retail operations, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you'll develop into a true sales talent.

On the floor: You've spotted a gap on the shelf? A shower gel is standing between the cereal? You're attentive and pitch in everywhere – whether stocking shelves or redesigning the make-up counter. In consulting: You'll learn to advise our customers competently and friendly. At the checkout: You scan the goods, ask about the ROSSMANN app and say goodbye to our customers.

Friendliness and enjoyment in dealing with people. You enjoy learning new things and discovering the variety of our products. You are reliable and can cover the opening hours of your store in a shift model.
