About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Kirchhain, Niederrheinische Str. 54. You will learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts 2 years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts 3 years. Pay in the first training year is between €1,090 and €1,270 per month.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best, with full shelves, well presented products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Process purchases quickly, stay organized and keep checkout running smoothly for customers.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their everyday lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone. Together, you keep the store running well.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and can work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are ready to help at the checkout, on the shelves or with customer advice.
- You have an eye for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new ones.
