Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In your apprenticeship you learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. With good performance you will be taken on into a permanent employment relationship after training.

• On the sales floor: You make sure shelves are full, products are perfectly presented and customers enjoy shopping.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly.
• In advising: You recognise customers' individual needs and find the right products.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.

• Reliability and punctuality; you easily manage the flexible opening hours in a shift model
• Team player, motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in advising
