Start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in the Azubi Club. You learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. With good performance, you are taken on in a permanent position after your training. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the sales floor: keep the sales area looking great with full shelves and well-presented products
• At the checkout: check out quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout
• In advising: recognize customers' needs and find fitting products
• In the team: work hand in hand with colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality, and ability to handle flexible opening hours in a shift model
• Team player, motivated to help out everywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelf or in advising
• A sense for trends and enjoyment in meeting customer wishes
• Communication talent who enjoys working with people
