About this Apprenticeship
Train at ROSSMANN as a sales assistant or retail sales specialist. Learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts 2 years, while the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Keep shelves stocked, products well presented and the sales floor welcoming for customers.
- Handle checkout payments quickly, stay organized and keep the process running smoothly.
- Recognize trends and individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone on the team.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help at the checkout, with stocking shelves and with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new things.
