Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Clerk – 2027

Become part of the Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. You learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. The Sales Assistant training lasts 2 years, the Retail Clerk training 3 years. With good performance, you will be taken on permanently after the training.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout – you ring up quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advising: You know what is trending, recognize customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their everyday lives.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a true team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in advising.
• You have a feel for trends and like to respond to customer wishes
