Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Clerk – 2027

As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a true sales talent. The Sales Assistant apprenticeship lasts 2 years, the Retail Clerk apprenticeship 3 years. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store. With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship after the apprenticeship.

• On the shop floor: You make sure the sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights customers.
• At the checkout: You check out quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for customers.
• In customer advice: You recognize customers' individual needs and find the products that fit perfectly into their daily lives.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.
