Join the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In your apprenticeship you learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. After the apprenticeship, with good performance you will be taken on with a permanent contract. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the sales floor: You make sure the sales area always looks great, with full shelves and perfectly presented products
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout
• In advising: You recognise customers' needs and find fitting products
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality, and the ability to handle flexible opening hours in a shift model
• Team player who is motivated to pitch in everywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelves or in advising customers
• A feel for trends and enjoyment in responding to customer wishes
