• In your position as an administrative clerk, you are part of our 9-person team in the import warehouse and are responsible for ensuring warehouse control processes at the Burgwedel site near Hanover.
• For this purpose, you process the placement of articles in the warehouse, control and monitor interfaces in our warehouse management system. You carry out inventory control and inventory corrections at picking bins as well as cross-departmental quality controls.
• In addition, you receive delivery documents, check them for completeness, and perform pollutant measurements on sea freight containers.
• You also communicate with freight forwarders, as well as freight forwarder drivers and internal interfaces in the import warehouse.
• Overall, you can also contribute to the optimization of process flows and support the execution of the main annual inventory.

• A completed commercial Ausbildung in freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification with professional experience
• In your previous position, you ideally already gained good knowledge of the general processes of a commercial warehouse and in handling a warehouse management system
• You are proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, allowing you to start immediately
• You should possess strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and organizational talent to maintain an overview at all times
• You are a reliable and conscientious individual and take ownership of tasks
• You are accustomed to working in shifts (two-shift system: 6 AM-2 PM/2 PM-10 PM) and are willing to work on weekends in exceptional cases
