About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung, one of the largest insurers in Germany. In your training in bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through important decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at the vocational school in Karlsruhe
- Understand insurance: you learn about our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschule certificate or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: if during your current studies you realized you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year of training, plus holiday and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting structure: well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. With good performance, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent cost contribution depending on distance to the vocational school.
- Modern environment: 30 days of holiday plus 24 Dec and 31 Dec off, latest iPhone and notebook, collectively agreed working week of 38 hours.
