About this Apprenticeship
An apprenticeship with R+V Insurance in bank sales, working with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. You learn to advise customers on insurance, future financial planning and investments, with individual support. The listed region covers all of Germany.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: Work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at the local vocational school or GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: Learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work in a team: Prepare and follow up on customer meetings, create offers and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate school certificate or a school qualification allowing university or university of applied sciences entry
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence when the apprenticeship starts
- Also welcome: Students who have realised they would prefer a new challenge with more practical learning
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.
- Support for your development: Well organised training, a mentoring programme, and internal training and talent development.
- The standard apprenticeship lasts 3 years. It can be shortened to 2.5 years if your performance meets the requirements.
- Financial support: Employer contributions to savings, help with learning materials, and contributions towards travel or rent depending on the distance to your vocational school.
- Modern working environment: 30 days of holiday plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38-hour working week set by a pay agreement.
