Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investment Merchant / Sales

You are not alone with us: we guide you on your way, support you individually and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in agency sales, you accompany customers of a general agency or general representation through important insurance and financial decisions.

• Combine theory and practice: you work at the R+V general agency Désirée Knippling and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
• Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and experience how advising real customers works, in person, by phone and digitally.
• Support customers: you help prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and help find suitable solutions for different life situations.
• Get to know daily agency life: you gain insight into how an insurance agency works, from customer communication and contract questions to teamwork.

• Realschulabschluss (intermediate school certificate) or (technical) university entrance qualification
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at the start of training
• Also welcome: if you have realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a hands-on way.
