About this Apprenticeship
Three-year dual study programme in business administration specialising in risk and insurance management at R+V, starting on 1 September 2027. Work in corporate client sales at the Cologne broker office and study at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work in corporate client sales with the team at our Cologne broker office and study at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Stuttgart.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how real customers are advised.
- Work in a team: prepare for and follow up on customer advice meetings, draw up offers and help the team conclude contracts.
Requirements
- A university entrance qualification with a good maths grade; completed vocational training is also a good foundation
- Curiosity and an interest in advising people and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- A driving licence by the start of training
- Students who want to leave their current course for a new practical challenge are also welcome
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,532 per month in the first year, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas payments amounting to two months' pay
