What You'll Learn
- Understanding insurance: We teach you everything about our insurance products. Specifically, you learn how to advise and support customers according to their needs and win them over.
- Learning more: Through varied seminars and projects, you gain a deeper understanding of our field.
- Learning on site: You gain experience at the point of sale in branches of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken while also deepening your theoretical knowledge at a university offering dual study programs in Baden-Württemberg.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good grade in mathematics – a completed Ausbildung is also a good prerequisite
- Also welcome: If you have realized during your current studies that you would prefer to tackle a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
- A driver's license at the start of the Ausbildung
- A careful and structured way of working
