About this Apprenticeship
Dual study program at R+V Versicherung in bank sales. You work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments. Region Buchen, duration 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: You work in a team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Karlsruhe, Heidenheim or Mannheim.
- Understand insurance: You get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: You prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good maths grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: If you have realised in your current studies that you would rather take on a new challenge in a practice-oriented way
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: Monthly €1,532 in the first, €1,620 in the second and €1,748 in the third year of training – plus holiday and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
