Welcome to R+V Insurance! This dual study program leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Insurance Sales through Banks (m/f/d) takes place in Gießen, Hesse. The program starts on September 1, 2026. It lasts 3 years. Monthly training pay starts at €1,432 in the first year and increases to €1,648 in the final year. • Understanding insurance: We teach you all about our insurance products. Specifically, you learn how to advise and support customers according to their needs and win them over.
• Exploring in greater depth: Through varied seminars and projects, we help you develop a deeper understanding of our field.
• Learning on site: You gain experience at the point of sale in branches of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken while deepening your theoretical knowledge at a university of cooperative education in Baden-Württemberg, at BA Dresden or at HWR Berlin.

• (Technical) university entrance qualification with a good grade in mathematics – a completed Ausbildung is also a good prerequisite
