About this Apprenticeship
Permanent insurance sales role serving private customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken in the Bruchsal region. The role includes advice in person and online, supporting existing customers and finding new ones.
What You'll Learn
- Protection: You find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future with peace of mind.
- Advice: What matters to our customers comes first. You identify their needs and help them gain greater security, in person or online.
- Customer relationships: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and win new customers with insurance plans tailored to them.
- Sharing knowledge: You identify market opportunities and share your knowledge with the sales partner and team to help everyone succeed.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance, such as training as an insurance specialist or insurance clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Experience selling personal and property insurance
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a clear focus on customers
- Confidence with digital tools and the ability to take initiative
