What You'll Learn
- As a sales employee, you are the first point of contact for customers of our general agency regarding R+V insurance coverage in private customer business.
- You advise according to the respective life situation, optimize existing insurance coverage, and use innovative advisory tools.
- With solid insurance solutions, you secure existing customers and acquire new ones.
- You advise customers personally on site or in the agency and also use digital advisory services when needed.
Requirements
- Enjoyment of selling
- Confident demeanor and communication skills
- Sales talent with customer orientation
- First experiences in sales are desirable but not required
- Career changers are welcome
