• You independently, actively, and comprehensively handle complex claims in the liability insurance segment with a focus on construction and architect damages.
• You professionally examine the legal basis and insurance coverage.
• Depending on the situation, you settle claims qualifiedly or reject them with justification.
• You conduct written and telephone correspondence with customers, claimants, sales partners, lawyers, and other involved third parties.
• You take on special tasks such as onboarding new colleagues, participating in projects, etc.

• You have a commercial apprenticeship (m/f/d) for insurance and finance, are a certified insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a lawyer (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in insurance law and in the liability claims segment.
• Strong communication skills in word and writing with a strong focus on service orientation and pronounced negotiation skills characterize you.
• You have a quick grasp and an affinity for using various IT programs.
• A high degree of independence and initiative with the ability to work autonomously.
