Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Marketing Communication

Are you passionate about fashion, brands and creative communication? During your apprenticeship you will learn how our brands are staged and how ideas turn into effective marketing measures. Exciting insights into various marketing areas allow you to experience the diversity of modern brand communication – from brand marketing, retail marketing and PR to social media, e-commerce and visual merchandising. You will support the planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns for national and international projects, helping to make our brands tangible. You will contribute creativity and organisational talent to the preparation of photo shoots, events, campaigns and eye-catching point-of-sale measures. Collaboration with internal departments, agencies and external partners gives you a comprehensive understanding of the successful implementation of marketing and communication measures.

You have at least a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss), a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or a general university entrance qualification (Abitur), or are about to graduate, and are interested in marketing, communication and current trends. Fashion, brands and social media inspire you and you closely follow current developments in the fashion and media world. Creativity, initiative and a good feel for people, trends and target-group-oriented communication characterise you. Organisational talent and a structured way of working help you keep track of various projects and tasks simultaneously. You enjoy working in a team, have an open personality and communicate confidently in German and ideally also in English.
