• You design and optimize Medical Operations processes and contribute to their continuous development (Operations Excellence)
• You assist in the planning and organization of medical training measures, Medical Activities, and events
• You analyze and optimize important databases and tracking systems and gain insight into the foundations for strategic decisions of medical and scientific teams
• You actively shape cross-functional initiatives and gain valuable expertise in complex project landscapes
• You support innovative digitalization and transformation projects
• You gain deep insights into the medical-scientific work as a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry and learn the diverse aspects of Medical Affairs activities

• You have or will soon complete the second section of pharmaceutical training (2nd Pharmaceutical State Examination)
• You have a high interest in processes in the pharmaceutical industry
• You have an independent working style and motivation with pronounced initiative, as well as strong teamwork skills
• You are characterized by a reliable and precise working style
• You are open to new ideas and question conventional thought patterns
• You are proficient with the MS Office package
• You have good German and English skills in writing and speaking
