• Applied research and practice-oriented teaching in the fundamentals of electrical engineering (including mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, microcomputer technology, energy technology systems, engines, power grids, transformers, measurement and control technology, drive and control technology)
• Getting to know engineering activities in a globally operating company through practical assignments in various corporate areas (e.g. hydrogen and energy technology, fuel cell, innovation FabLab, e-mobility, system and product development, hardware and software development, special mechanical engineering)
• Stays abroad (worldwide)
• Independent responsible project work
• Bachelor thesis

• General higher education entrance qualification (alternatively: DHBW admission test)
• Enthusiasm for renewable energies
• Interest in natural sciences
• Good skills in mathematics and physics
• High willingness to learn, self-initiative and goal orientation
