HR Excellence & Process Development Specialist Europe

Schaeffler is an international technology group with the culture of a family business and a partner of all major automotive manufacturers and many industrial customers. They are looking for a specialist for HR excellence and process development in Europe.

• Responsibility for developing the operating model service catalogue for the Europe region excluding Germany and ensuring operational implementation
• Developing a strategic target picture for the areas of responsibility within Operational HR and Shared Service Center Europe, including a clear implementation path
• Establishing uniform process governance for the structured steering of Country HR and the HR Shared Service Center through standardised requirements and guidelines
• Creating standard process documents, checklists and approval matrices to promote a consistent HR approach across the countries
• Designing and implementing training and qualification measures for the regional HR community to develop relevant skills
• Harmonising HR processes in the region through continuous monitoring, ensuring efficiency and consistency and taking local legal requirements into account
• Analysing existing HR shared service center service catalogues, promoting cooperation between local HR and the HR Shared Service Center and contributing to regional and global HR projects as an interface to relevant stakeholders

• Completed degree in business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience
• Many years of solid professional experience in HR as well as project and process management, ideally in complex, international structures
• Very good knowledge of HR processes including shared service center and payroll processes as well as a deep understanding of operational procedures
• Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong analytical skills, high initiative, strong organisational ability as well as conceptual, consulting and intercultural competence
