Aerospace Grinding Machine Operator

Full-time production role at Schaeffler Aerospace Germany GmbH & Co. KG in Schweinfurt. The position involves grinding rolling bearing components and lasts 12 months.

• Grind rolling bearing components, mainly cages, on various CNC-controlled machines according to technical drawings
• Independently set up machining equipment, measuring equipment and production systems
• Select and prepare tools and measuring equipment
• Check job documentation
• Improve work processes
• Independently carry out machine approvals
• Perform machine maintenance and cleaning

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking trade or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in grinding is an advantage
• Knowledge of rolling bearing products is desirable
• Interest in taking on new challenges regularly
• An independent approach to work with a focus on quality
• Strong commitment and flexibility
• Willingness to work a three-shift pattern
