Machine Operator Aerospace Grinding/Turning/Milling

Schaeffler is an international technology group with the culture of a family business. The position is fixed-term for 12 months. The work involves grinding, turning or milling rolling bearings in a 3-shift operation.

• Grinding, turning or milling rolling bearings on various machine systems with CNC or conventional controls according to drawings
• Independent setup of processing machines, measuring equipment and systems
• Checking job documents
• Selecting and preparing tools and measuring equipment
• Independently carrying out machine releases
• Optimizing processing workflows
• Performing maintenance and cleaning work on the machines
• Deployment in 3-shift operation

• Completed training in a metalworking occupation (e.g. industrial mechanic) or comparable training
• High willingness to work carefully
• Good PC skills required
• Ability to work 3 shifts
• Independence, personal responsibility, flexibility, high commitment
