Strategy & Business Development Professional

• Leading M&A projects within the Schaeffler Group, involving internal departments and external advisors
• Developing and pursuing ideas and strategic investment opportunities with the business divisions
• Valuing and analyzing companies and suitable transaction structures
• Supporting the development of the Schaeffler Group's strategy
• Expanding the internal and external network

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration/economics (Master's, Diplom, MBA)
• Several years of relevant professional experience (4-6 years) in corporate M&A, investment banking (M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets) or private equity
• Sound knowledge of company valuation and modeling of business cases and complex financial models
• Very strong analytical thinking with the ability to link analysis and numbers with the operating business and its strategy
• Relevant practical experience in handling M&A transactions end to end
• Negotiation-level German and English skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
