HR Specialist – Focus on Payroll

At our Nuremberg location, we are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on payroll as soon as possible.

• Responsibility for preparing payroll (DATEV) and managing time recording
• Independent support of all administrative HR processes from joining to leaving the company (employee lifecycle management)
• Advising and supporting employees on HR-related matters
• Managing company pension schemes
• Preparing HR-related documents and supporting internal and external audits
• Handling labor-law and disciplinary matters
• Responsibility for operational reintegration management
• Organizing employee events and training measures
• Helping shape and optimize HR processes

• Completed degree with a focus on human resources or comparable commercial training
• Professional experience in operational HR work, especially HR administration and payroll
• Good knowledge of labor, wage tax and social security law
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally with experience in DATEV and Personio
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent, structured working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality
