Planning, control, and evaluation of microbiological efficacy tests for biocidal products Development and optimization of microbiological test strategies taking regulatory requirements into account Evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of microbiological test results Coordination and technical support of external test laboratories and scientific partners Preparation and review of microbiological assessments, test reports, and regulatory documentation Support of approval and registration procedures for biocidal products Technical support of microbiological issues within development and lifecycle projects Consulting internal departments on microbiological issues and presentation of results in interdisciplinary teams

Successfully completed degree in microbiology, biology, biotechnology, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in microbiology, ideally in the environment of biocidal products or regulated products Sound knowledge of microbiological test methods and relevant efficacy standards, particularly EN 14885 Good knowledge of the European Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) and adjacent regulatory requirements Experience in the development and evaluation of microbiological test strategies and efficacy proofs Knowledge in collaboration with external test laboratories and interdisciplinary interfaces Structured, analytical, and independent working style Very good German and English skills as well as strong communication skills
