Apprenticeship - Machine and Plant Operator

Apprenticeship in the Training & Dual Study area of MEG Roßbach GmbH at the Roßbach site. In the 2-year apprenticeship you gain deep insight into the industrial production and processing of high-quality plastic products in modern plastics and recycling plants.

• in your 2-year apprenticeship you gain deep insight into the industrial production and processing of high-quality plastic products
• You learn how to feed raw materials as well as set up, monitor and operate our high-tech production systems
• You learn which conditions matter for product quality and carry out necessary cleaning steps on the systems
• You actively help out, assist with setup and maintenance work and learn the steps needed to fix machine faults
• You gain theoretical knowledge at vocational school in Bitterfeld, while learning further practical parts at the Bildungszentrum Wolfen-Bitterfeld e.V.

• a completed Realschulabschluss with good grades in mathematics, physics and German
• Interest in technical processes and how they work, and enjoyment of working with computer-controlled systems
• great interest in the processes and reactions of plastics
• a strong sense of responsibility and proven teamwork skills
• willingness to work in shifts after your training
