Dual Study Program - Business Administration - Industry

As a trainee at Schwarz Produktion, you learn how to make sure the factories can work successfully. Practical phases take place in Weißenfels in external accounting, and theory phases at the Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach in Gera. Contract type: BA study program from 01.10.2027 to 30.09.2030.

• In your practical phases in Weißenfels you get deep insight into external accounting in a national and international setting. You get to know financial, asset and general ledger accounting, help with daily operations and support monthly and annual closings.
• You accompany the entire external accounting processes.
• We welcome your ideas about your practical phase and look forward to your involvement in projects and special topics.
• In the theory phases at the Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach you learn the basics of business administration (e.g. accounting, legal basics, HR, marketing) as well as rhetoric, presentation skills and business English.

• You have the Abitur or a comparable qualification with good grades.
• You show great interest and enthusiasm for external accounting.
• You learn quickly and are curious, reliable, communicative and a team player.
• Ideally you already have some experience in commercial areas (e.g. through internships) and good knowledge of common Google programs.
• You want professional development and prospects in an internationally growing group of companies focused on food production.
