What You'll Learn
- Solid training: start your career with practical sales training with lots of customer contact and take on responsibility early
- Varied challenges: learn all facets of the insurance business, from customer advice to application review to claims settlement
- Building skills: gain solid business knowledge at vocational school and in seminars and strengthen your communication skills
Requirements
- You have completed school education
- You stay on the ball and like to pitch in
- You are enthusiastic about sales
- Ideally you have a class B driver's license
What Signal Iduna offers
- You receive an attractive apprenticeship pay
- In the 1st year of training 1,355 euros
- In the 2nd year of training 1,432 euros
- In the 3rd year of training 1,520 euros
- A special payment helps cover not only your vacation but also Christmas
- You also receive sales-based pay
- With 30 days of vacation per year you can lie in the sun or hike in the mountains
- After training you have the option of a 2-year employment contract or going straight into self-employment
- You get a travel cost allowance or reimbursement
