• Office Management & Communication: You are responsible for the administration of all incoming and outgoing mail as well as the handling of business email traffic, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
• Customer Care: Whether in person or by phone – you are the first point of contact for our customers and take on active and passive appointment scheduling.
• Appointment Management: You support your team confidently in the preparation and follow-up of internal appointments.
• Active Sales Support: By taking on essential back-office tasks, you relieve the sales team and contribute significantly to joint success.

• You have a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
• You have experience in office management or knowledge of insurance-specific work processes.
• You have a pronounced service and customer orientation and have experience in personal/telephone contact with customers.
• You are flexible in working time arrangement.
• You enjoy interacting with people.
