• Teamwork: Receive permanent guidance and support from a sales professional
• Existing customer care: Start with an assigned customer portfolio and strengthen customer loyalty
• New customer acquisition: Successfully acquire new customers and continuously expand your customer base
• Advisory: Competent advice to your customers on all insurance questions and wishes – from inquiry to contract amendment
• Financial independence: Benefit from a secure income and use the potential to earn additionally through successful work

• You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments (IHK) (degree no more than 12 months ago)
• You have ideally already gained professional experience in insurance sales
• You work as an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality, responsibly and success-oriented
