St. Raphael Caritas Elderly and Disability Assistance is one of the largest social service providers in northern Rhineland-Palatinate. In our non-profit company, over 1,750 employees are engaged at 40 locations in the districts of Ahrweiler, Bernkastel-Wittlich, Cochem-Zell, and Mayen-Koblenz. We want to train our own skilled young professionals, so we are looking for you for our Caritas Workshop and Day Support Center in Sinzig. Apprenticeship start: 01.08.2027

You accompany people with impairments through their daily lives, support them, and enable them to lead a self-determined and fulfilling life; Whether pedagogical or nursing tasks – you recognize individual needs and pitch in with our dedicated team; By fostering individual abilities of people with impairments and designing varied leisure activities, you create special experiences

Joy and willingness to work with people with support needs; Motivation to expand knowledge and collaborate in a team; You meet the following requirements: Qualified Secondary School Certificate I or equivalent recognized diploma and graduation from a higher vocational school for social assistance OR a successfully completed at least two-year training (e.g., higher vocational school for home economics or a three-year apprenticeship under the Vocational Training Act or Crafts Code) OR General higher education entrance qualification or technical college entrance qualification with relevant activity (min. 4 months) OR at least three years of full-time relevant professional activity OR at least three years of experience managing a family household with at least one child or a relative in need of care
