Civil Service Career for Engineers - Senior Surveying Inspector

Your training content: You will learn the basics of geoinformation and the real estate cadastre; You will work with modern measuring methods, geodata and digital maps; You will support the collection, evaluation and presentation of surveying data; You will gain insights into urban planning, construction projects and property matters; You will learn legal and administrative basics for your future work; You will be specifically prepared for the career examination and your tasks in the surveying technical service. Theoretical training takes place at the Bergische Studieninstitut für kommunale Verwaltung (Obergrünewalder Str. 27, 42103 Wuppertal). Supplementary technical courses take place at Geobasis NRW in Cologne and at the Bezirksregierung Düsseldorf.

You have a completed bachelor's degree (university/university of applied sciences) in surveying, geoinformatics or comparable and are entitled to use the professional title 'Engineer' according to the Engineering Act; You have German citizenship or citizenship of an EU member state; You are not older than 42 years at the time of appointment to a probationary civil service relationship after the 12-month preparatory service (§ 14 State Civil Service Act); You work responsibly, committed and reliably and keep an overview even with different tasks.
