About this Apprenticeship
You take on basic administrative tasks in M365 in a hybrid environment with ADS. This covers all areas such as Entra, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Security and Licensing; you are responsible for software distribution in Microsoft Intune and support the migration of application packages from Microsoft Configuration Manager; you are in charge of client management in Microsoft Intune (Windows, Android, iOS); as a contact person for the service desk you take care of technical issues in the M365 tenant; you coordinate and track technical requests with external service providers and manufacturers; for the internal service desk and 2nd-level support you create and maintain documentation; you support the further development and standardization of the M365 and client environment

Requirements
Completed training as an IT specialist, preferably with a focus on system integration; practical experience in Microsoft 365, Intune or Active Directory; basic knowledge of PowerShell; independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and willingness to continuously develop; teamwork, service-oriented work, communication skills and good English skills
