Apprenticeship as IT Systems Electronics Technician

TA Triumph-Adler supports mid-sized businesses with complete solutions for efficient document processes. As an apprentice in the Erfurt region, you get to know the whole company, from remote support to on-site service at the customer. The training is a mix of practical phases, seminars, technical training and self-study time. After two years you decide together in which area you want to develop further.

• You learn how hardware and software products are installed, serviced and maintained
• You are in direct contact with customers
• You are active from the start in remote support and on-site service and are involved in daily business

• Good Realschule diploma or (technical) Abitur
• Strong interest in computer science, physics and maths
• Class B driving licence
• Willingness to travel often to our sites across Germany
• Enjoyment of communication and dealing with our customers, as well as independent and careful teamwork
