Our three-year high school graduate program is an alternative to university studies and offers you, with an equivalent degree to a bachelor's, the opportunity to pursue a career without university studies.

• Practical training: You will work in our Takko stores and learn all important activities, including customer advice, product knowledge, presentation of goods, cash register operation, and inventory.
• Theoretical training: You will learn a lot of theoretical knowledge – from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: You will be prepared for the topics of employee leadership and personnel management in order to manage a store later.

• School leaving certificate: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - university dropouts are also welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoyment in taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop further
