What Takko Fashion offers

• Practical training: You will work in our Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, product knowledge, displaying goods, operating the till and taking inventory.
• Classroom training: You will gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: You will learn about leading staff and managing personnel so you can run a store in the future.
• Three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications: retail sales professional, retail management specialist and trainer qualification
• Welcome event: an introductory event in Germany for all new apprentices
• Varied work: a range of tasks with responsibility during your apprenticeship
• Personal support: close guidance and support, including help preparing for exams
• Good pay: good apprenticeship pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, plus rent or travel allowances under certain conditions
