About this Apprenticeship
A three year training programme at Takko offering an alternative to university, with a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree. It starts on 1 August 2027. The programme combines practical training in Takko stores with blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover and prepares you to manage a store.
What You'll Learn
- Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, product knowledge, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
- Classroom training: gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and regular blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
- Store management: learn about leading staff and managing personnel so you can run a store later.
Requirements
- School qualifications: a full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife) or Abitur; people who have left university without graduating are also welcome
- Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
- Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
- Team spirit: enjoy working with people and fashion, and be able to work in a team
