Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications, 2027

A three year training programme at Takko in Augsburg for school leavers with university entrance qualifications, offering an alternative to university. The programme leads to a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree and combines practical store training with classroom learning at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.

• Practical training: you work in our Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the checkout and taking stock.
• Theoretical training: you gain extensive knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you learn about leading staff and managing people so that you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: a full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur university entrance qualification; people who have left university without graduating are also welcome
