2027 Retail Management Apprenticeship Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications

A three-year programme at Takko offering an alternative to university with a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree. Training combines practical work in stores, classroom teaching in blocks and preparation for store management.

• Practical training: work in our Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, product knowledge, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Theoretical training: learn theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of teaching at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: prepare for staff leadership and personnel management so you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: a full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; university dropouts are also welcome
