Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications, Starting 2027

Takko's three-year training programme offers an alternative to university, leading to a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree. It combines practical work in stores, blocks of classroom teaching at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover and preparation for managing a store.

• Practical training: you will work in our Takko stores and learn all the key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Classroom training: you will learn theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you will learn about leading staff and managing personnel so that you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or Abitur; applicants who have left university without graduating are also welcome
• Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
• Team spirit: enjoy interacting with people and working with fashion, and be able to work in a team
