Abitur Programme Retail Management Specialist Apprenticeship 2027

Our three-year Abitur programme is an alternative to university and, with a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree, lets you build a career even without studying. You work in the Takko stores and learn theory in block courses at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.

• Practical training: You work in our Takko stores and learn all the important tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the till, and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: You learn a lot of theory from your experienced colleagues and regularly in block courses at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: You are prepared for staff management and personnel management so that you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - dropouts from university are also warmly welcome
• Sense of responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
