Retail Management Training Programme for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications, 2027

Our three-year training programme for school leavers with university entrance qualifications offers an alternative to university. It leads to a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree and lets you build a career without attending university.

• Practical training: work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the till and taking inventory.
• Classroom learning: gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: prepare for staff leadership and personnel management so you can manage a store in the future.

• School qualifications: full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or Abitur; university dropouts are also welcome
• Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
